Apple Pie

I am not a pie person. I do not like making crusts. I am a one bowl recipe person. Pies require at least two bowls. One for crust and one for filling. I made this apple pie today because there was a rotten Honeycrisp from our apple adventure and it made quite a few mushy. So I cut off the mushy parts and make this:

I did not really use a recipe. I used a commercially prepared crust because sometimes I don't want to wash my food processor. For the filling it was apples, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, 10 gratings of nutmeg, lemon juice, brandy and enough flour to make it pasty.

I baked for one hour at 350. This is how much yohboh and I had, before dinner.
