I have to tell you the catfish and the roe were stomach turning. They were very bloody and slimy. I baked the catfish and they were divine. Full on meaty and tender and sweet. Reminded me of moi.
The roe was very bloody and I rinsed it many times. Yohboh fried it in browned butter. It reminded me of cheese with little bubbles in it. Lola, our dog liked it a lot. But she is a bit of a diary whore.

Yeah, I'm not a big catfish fan either...it tastes like dirt. I've never had catfish roe. Your baked catfish does look yummy though!
