Do you know the best thing about a Mexican joint? The warm tortilla chips and salsa that arrive with your drinks. It is one of the few restaurant that we still frequent because there is no replicating that warm tortilla chip experience. Or UNTIL TODAY!

12 corn tortillas
Oil
Salt

Heat oil to 350.

Cut the tortillas into quarters.

Deep Fry tortillas in hot oil until brown and puffy.

Take out of the oil and salt immediately.

Eat while still warm.
