Mushrooms that taste like canned

Yohboh told me he liked the way I did mushrooms because they tasted like the canned ones. He meant it as a compliment.

Fresh Mushrooms that taste like canned
16 ounces mushrooms
Olive oil
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Quarter the big mushrooms and halve the smaller ones.

Do one turn of the pan of olive oil and a knob of butter that is roughly a cube. When the butter melts, add the mushrooms.

Salt and Pepper

Cover the pan until it is cooked. About ten minutes.
