So I make spaghetti every other week or so. Lately, every time I make spaghetti we have guests.
I really did not know how to make spaghetti until I went to college. My mother is an excellent Korean cook but when it comes to American food, she is a bit confused. But anyway, this is doctored sauce with ground meat, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, peppers, fresh oregano, tomato paste and a little sugar.
I do not have a recipe. It is what I have on hand. Sometimes, it is ground turkey, sausage or veal.
