Fat Kid Food

So I found this recipe by Paula Deen that had no butter and used Splenda.

And I was intrigued. But I do not bake with Splenda because
1) I try to eat real food
2) I did not have any baking Splenda.

So what I did was to take this pseudo healthy recipe and make it FAT again.


Fat Kid Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Kosher Salt

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients in your favorite mixer and whir it up until it is well combined.

Scoop out the dough with a cookie scoop
Sprinkle with a little kosher salt right before putting in the oven.

Bake for 11 minutes.

This made 28 cookies.

I think if you made it with the Splenda, it would be low carb.
