
I cut them in half and microwaved them for about 8 minutes. When they were still warm, I drizzled them with olive oil, salt and pepper.
By the way if you ever in doubt on how to cook something, olive oil, salt and pepper are the best shot in the dark you got.

Actually, those are the beet greens. I cooked them like I do kale.
