Would you care to give us the recipe for the crust? I have been making my own bread for the last few years but I haven't tackled pizza yet. I'm lazy and use pita bread from JouJou's. It's very thin and makes a great crispy crust but I bought #50 of bread flour the last time Publix had it on sale for $2/#5 (White Lily) and I think I should probably at least try to make an honest pizza crust. I did make really good pita last week (I made little ones, about 2 inches across. They turned out well but are a little thicker than I would have liked. Still tasty though!
