Le Staub

Yohboh got me this for Christmas

It is a Le Staub which is like Le Creuset but you know, with a BLACK enameled interior.

So I made some chicken and rice.

Very nice pot and the chicken and rice looks GREAT too! I keep looking at one of the Staub boullabaise pots and trying to talk myself out of it.....There is a Williams Sonoma outlet out at the North Georgia Premium Outlet mall that has all of their Staub items at 1/2 price. That means that beautiful pot that I have had my eye on is right at $100. If you like yours (and you will) you might want to take a trip out there and look there.
