Growing up, ramen was my family's default Sunday breakfast. We did eat pancakes and waffles but I cannot recall getting bacon often. But I remember my mother making Sapporo Ichiban in the red packets often. I still love Sapporo Ichiban. It must be the MSG.
This was our Sunday breakfast. The key is the leftovers you sprinkle on top. That is cucumber kimchi from cucumbers from my garden, sliced London Broil, chopped scallions, and a fried egg.
