Instant Espresso Powder
A lot of recipes call of Instant Espresso Powder. I have always ordered it from the internet and it was never cheap. I finally found it at my local Kroger, of all places. It was in the ethnic, Latin American section. I have never really looked for it there. So I pass this bit of knowledge to you.

All of the Latino stores around town have it. I think Super H Mart and Buford Highway Farmers' Market has it too.
Thanks for the tip! I saw it recently at Williams-Sonoma and pondered buying it, but at W-S prices, I opted out. I'll check at Kroger.
