Sunday Breakfast


I made cranberry orange scones for breakfast. I am not really a scone person. I would rather have a bagel with smoked salmon any day.

Also the recipe I used seemed very rich. It has three sticks of butter (!) and a cup of heavy cream.  I used buttermilk instead.

The kidlet and yohboh really liked them. But I think they are best right out of the oven. A day old scone is not really worth eating.
