So on a recent Saturday we did.
The reason I was interested in the Kamado Joe for pizza is this:
That says almost 700 degrees. You cannot get an oven this hot.
Here is yohboh charring the crust, which is delicious!
And saucing the charred crust:
These are not pizzas loaded with toppings. It is more about the balance of crust, sauce and cheese.
Also the fresh basil on top really made it yummy.
I am really looking forward to putting an heirloom tomato on there!
