chefhelen said...: Those are beautiful! We have found that the farmstand that didn't have any tomatoes last year (they cooked on the vine) has PLENTY this year. So far I have bought 4 bushels and canned 2 cases of chunky salsa (in the 8oz jars - I seem to have a lot of them), about 20 quarts tomatoes and 9 quarts of spaghetti sauce. I didn't even count the fact that we're probably eating 8-10 of them every day between the two of us.
