I really like pastas where the sauce is made by the time the pasta is cooked.
I put eight ounces of rotelle on to cook for about ten minutes.
1 clove crushed garlic
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup frozen peas
I put the first five ingredients in the serving bowl and put the frozen peas in the water the pasta is boiling for one minute. I reserved a coffee cup's worth of the pasta cooking water. I drained the pasta and poured the hot pasta and peas over the butter cheesy goodness.
Then I topped with parmesan and more pepper.
This took 12 minutes to make and was lunch for two adults and one toddler.
