So one of the reasons we can eat produce on a 100 dollar grocery challenge is the garden. We have arugula, beets, kale, broccoli, collard greens, swiss chard, romaine lettuce and bok choy. It is not nearly as productive as our summer garden but we do get things like this:
This is a large turnip that made a yummy soup.
