Are you a sweet or savory breakfast person? I think as I get older, I am more about the savory.
But I had an idea yesterday that Kellogg's should TOTALLY get on for sweet cereal.
What about Pop Tarts Cereal? It should be the texture of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with a squirt of some fake strawberry jelly and with frosting and little sprinkles on top. It should have something that when the cereal gets wet, it changes color.

A lot of recipes call of Instant Espresso Powder. I have always ordered it from the internet and it was never cheap. I finally found it at my local Kroger, of all places. It was in the ethnic, Latin American section. I have never really looked for it there. So I pass this bit of knowledge to you.
The frosting was amazing. It is called gravy icing. I really like the note card that has the recipe on it. And the handwriting is old school. It was created during the Depression. It's like if the filling of an Oatmeal Creme Pie and whipped cream had a baby.
And the Chocolate Buttermilk Cake was very good. I think I like Very Good Chocolate better so I will have to make both at the same time to do a comparison and contrast.
