I received some chicken sausages from First Fresh Foods to review.
So we had some with our breakfast for dinner. I poached them gently in water.
Then we grilled the rest.
How were they, you ask?
They were great. They were less fatty than pork sausage and they were well seasoned. The breakfast sausage was better with a little maple syrup to dip in. And the Italian sausage were well flavored with fennel.
Would I buy these? Yes I would.
These sausages are made in Georgia and available in the metro Atlanta area.
