So we had some with our breakfast for dinner. I poached them gently in water.
Then we grilled the rest.
How were they, you ask?
They were great. They were less fatty than pork sausage and they were well seasoned. The breakfast sausage was better with a little maple syrup to dip in. And the Italian sausage were well flavored with fennel.
Would I buy these? Yes I would.
These sausages are made in Georgia and available in the metro Atlanta area.
I was not paid for this post but I was given some sausage to sample. The opinions are all mine.
I filled each one with water from a recently boiled kettle and just left them on the counter. After about an hour I measured how much the water had cooled off.
Here is the chart held by my youngest
I prefer in the reduce everyday cup because I cannot drink more that 12 ounces of coffee at a time. Twenty ounces of coffee is just too much for me. I would be just too jumpy. The Thermos has a lid that makes it difficult to drink the coffee.
I am a tiny Asian woman trying to navigate the Deep South. I have a profound love of all things deep fried.
I married a man seven years my junior (WHO IS THE ROCK STAR! JAYUUH!)
I have a well developed sense of humor and a poorly developed sense of spacial relations.
I share too much, which is why I need to blog to edit before I over share with people how often I poop and how I saw my first gray hair at 24 AND IT WAS NOT ON MY HEAD.
I had a child on February 2007 I had another child in October of 2011. My life has not been the same. It has gotten a lot better.
